• We are in the Monviso area in the Alps of Cuneo, surrounded by wonderful nature, and it is right here that the company selects the best ingredients, at the right ripeness, and processes them in its own mountain facility. The strawberry compote is made with concentrated fruit purée and sweetened with apple. We prepare them with fruit and cook them under vacuum at 50-60°C. Selected organic products for this deep purple-red jam with its notes of ripe strawberry. Made using only the sugars naturally present in the fruit.
