is part of a range of preserves made with fruit cooked under vacuum at 50-60°C, with no added pectin.

• We are in the Monviso area, in the Alps of Cuneo, immersed in wonderful nature, and it is right here that the company selects the best ingredients, at just the right ripeness, and processes them in its own mountain facility. The strawberry compote is made with concentrated fruit purée and sweetened with apple. We prepare them with fruit and cook them under vacuum at 50-60°C. Selected organic products for this purple-red preserve with its notes of ripe strawberry. Made using only the sugars naturally found in the fruit.
