the Liquorificio Rospini has a story with a woman at its heart, born from the entrepreneurial spirit of Giovanna Ruospo, who turned her passion into an artisan liqueur workshop, and it is here that the Mandarin Marmalade is made
Passion, as we know, can move mountains, or in this case, the sea! We are in the land of Puglia, in the magical Polignano a Mare, a true jewel of the Apulian coast. Here Giovanna has always sought out wild herbs from the Mediterranean scrubland along the coast. To delight her guests and dinner companions, these herbs have always been used in preparing liqueurs rich in the aromas and scents of the local area. Over the years, research and experimentation have continued, and appreciation has grown steadily. As Giovanna refined her liqueurs, she realised it was time to introduce her products to a wider audience and meet the growing demand. This is the latest addition to our creations. We have made a marmalade with mandarins grown right by the sea. Its scent is intensely citrusy and fresh with mandarin notes. Discover the Authentic Taste of Ancient Apulian Varieties. Let yourself be won over by the intense aroma and natural sweetness of our Marmalade, made with ancient varieties grown in the sun-drenched land of Polignano a Mare, just steps from the Adriatic Sea.
The ancient varieties: To make it, we use only local Apulian cultivars, small fruits bursting with aroma, hand-picked at peak ripeness.
How to enjoy Mandarin Marmalade:
