Pear and Rum Extra Jam

The Delizie del Cupin is a Ligurian company whose roots lie in a small village of 50 souls in the Ligurian  hinterland devoted to agriculture, in the midst of a real "forest" of olive groves, of taggiasca cultivar, and it is here that the Pear and Rum Extra Jam was born

The Company

Faithful to its origins and its Ligurian traditions, Marco Donato founded his family business. His project is to produce, on a family-run basis, a range of products focused on quality and the genuine taste. Food delicacies, healthy organic products. To make them, he chooses only the finest selected raw materials and processes them without preservatives, nor added colourings.

• Healthy and genuine products that meet the taste of nature. The ingredients are selected by our partner producers with high standards certified by the EC stamp on every product. And the recipes are a tribute to Italian rural tradition. Flavoured only with spices and sea salt.

Fun fact: Marco collected the recipes kept by his grandmother, makes them by hand, and offers them in his jars. Jars which in Ligurian dialect are called "i cupin". Discover our cupin!

Pear and Rum Extra Jam

This jam, made with selected raw materials of the highest quality, tastes like homemade. For every 100 g of jam, 79 g of pears are used. The meeting of pears, sealed with a precious drop of Caribbean Rum, a delicious idea. Creamy, it melts on the palate! All the company's jams are free from allergens, preservatives and colourings, and contain only excellent fruit, always in very high percentages. They are also suitable for coeliacs because they are gluten-free. Try it with: pair it with chocolate or use it to fill your desserts and homemade biscuits.
