We are on the slopes of the
Pratomagno, in one of the most beautiful areas of
Tuscany, here the
Radici farm develops with plots of land spread between 300 and 1300 metres of altitude, an ideal physical setting to create a
wide range of organic products, and this is how the
Organic Blueberry fruit spread was born
Organic Blueberry fruit spread
on the
Loro Ciuffenna plateau near the vines and olive trees, we grow the various Mediterranean species at 300 metres above sea level, while in the mountains we gather wild berries and chestnuts and much of the fruit we use for our jams.
Organic farming
Over the years we have gained
great experience in organic farming and in the processing of agricultural products. But our focus, besides growing the land, is also on processing. From this idea a range of
specialities typical of our region and our mountains was born, which at the same time have that exclusive character of recipes combining
tastes and flavours that are often forgotten. Our aim is to offer recipes that require long and careful processing and to make them available so you can savour
unique, traditional flavours. Each of our products has a unique flavour. Prepared following every step, with simple methods and
genuine ingredients.
We have a great desire that drives us every day to carry forward our project: to leave our children a world that takes the
best from the past in the
rediscovery of our roots
The
fruit spread with
blueberries. Perfect spread on
fresh bread or rusks, for a healthy and tasty children's snack. Made with just three ingredients: blueberries, grape juice, lemon juice, with no added thickeners or preservatives, and no sugar either! The process is exactly the same as for jams, except it is
sweetened with grape juice.
The
sugar-free blueberry fruit spread is very versatile, and its slightly tangy, natural flavour makes it perfect for various pairings, both
sweet and
savoury.
Discover the Fruit Spread with Foodaloo! It's much more than a jam, it's pure fruit, made with 150 g of wild-harvested organic blueberries from the Apennines for every 100 g of product!
