The company is based in Cantiano known for being the town of bread and the town of the Amarena cherry. Here you can feel an atmosphere, genuineness, a way of life still on a human scale, with more sustainable rhythms. Hospitality, warmth and good food are its essential elements. Sour cherries, Blackberries, Figs, Apples, Mirabelle plums, White Cherry, Angelica Pear, Peaches, Raspberries, Rosehip and in particular it has brought back to life the Visciole or Amarene di Cantiano a product of excellence since the early twentieth century Extra Angelica Pear Jam:  is 100% natural and contains no preservatives, colourings nor thickeners, containing only Fruit, Sugar, Citrus Pectin. The Angelica Pear is an ancient variety of pear, a long-lived tree; in the area of Pesaro e Urbino there are even specimens more than 70 years old, documentary traces can already be found at the beginning of the nineteenth century, Gallesio, an 18th-century botanist, described it thus in his writings: "The skin is yellowish but tinged with a wine-red hue. The flesh is white, delicate, buttery yet crisp, and full of an abundant and flavourful juice, which makes it graceful, and lets it compete with the finest pears".genuine and quality supply chain, an attention that is increasingly important thanks to today's awareness and the desire to rediscover natural places. We work local fruit using traditional processing methods, avoiding the use of artificial preservatives.
