Made with cherry tomatoes grown under the Sicilian sun, naturally ripened and hand-picked, this jam is a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity, with a surprisingly harmonious and original flavour.

Handcrafted in small batches, following ancient preservation methods, our jam retains intact the authentic aromas and flavours of fresh tomato. The addition of cane sugar enhances the naturally sweet notes of the cherry tomato, turning it into a preserve with a unique, delicately caramelised taste and an intense red colour. Perfect paired with aged and fresh cheeses, such as pecorino, salted ricotta or caprino, or to accompany meat main courses, roasts, tartare or gourmet dishes.
