Le Delizie del Cupin is a Ligurian company whose roots run deep in a small village of 50 souls in the Ligurian hinterland, devoted to agriculture, amid a veritable â woodâ  of olive groves, of taggiasca cultivar, and it is here that the Extra Peach and Amaretti Jam is born

The Company

True to his origins and to Ligurian traditions, Marco Donato founded his family business. His project is to produce, on a family-run basis, a range of products with a focus on quality and the genuine taste of ingredients. Wholesome food delights, healthy organic products. To make them, he chooses only the finest selected raw materials and works them without preservatives, nor added colourings.

• Healthy and genuine products that meet the taste of nature. The ingredients are selected from our partner producers with high standards certified by the EC mark on every product. And the recipes are a tribute to Italian rural tradition. Flavoured with spices alone and sea salt.

Fun fact: Marco collected the recipes handed down by his grandmother, makes them by hand, and offers them in his jars. Jars that in Ligurian dialect are called âi cupinâ. Discover our cupin!

Extra Peach and Amaretti Jam

The sweet taste of peaches meets the bitterness of amaretti to create this delicious jam, made with selected, top-quality raw materials, all 100% Italian. We add neither colourings nor preservatives to our jams, only lots of fruit and lightly processed cane sugar to enhance the flavour of the fruit itself. Try it with: ice cream, yogurt, ricotta, or a dollop of whipped cream. Perfect for filling a tart or pairing with semifreddo. It can also be enjoyed by people with coeliac disease, as it is gluten-free.
