Once the right degree of ripeness is reached, the grapes are harvested by hand and also hand-selected. It is a red wine made from Malvasia, Colombana and Trebbiano grapes grown on the Tuscan hills, 7 km from Montespertoli and 10 km from San Casciano in Val di Pesa, in the vineyards in the immediate vicinity of the Podere.
