Passion, as we know, can move mountains, in this case the sea! We are in the land of Puglia, in magical Polignano a Mare, a true jewel of the Apulian coast. Here Giovanna has always sought out wild Mediterranean scrubland herbs from the coastline. To delight her guests and companions, these herbs have always been used in liqueur preparations rich in the aromas and scents of the local area. Over the years the research and experiments continued, and appreciation gradually grew. As Giovanna kept refining her liqueurs, she realised the time had come to share her products more widely and meet the growing demand. Limone is the liqueur with no compromises: here the ingredient is the star. It's one of the distillery's iconic products. We make it with the finest lemons from the Amalfi Coast! Full-bodied in flavour, marked by freshness from the very first sip. To make our liqueurs we use only the finest ingredients. It's the most classic of liqueurs to serve at the end of a meal, yet it never goes out of style! It is made using traditional, strictly artisanal methods that enhance the fruit's natural qualities and let it deliver all of its intensity.
