The wines from the Baglio Baiata Alagna winery convey the tradition and love for their land. 50 hectares of land divided into various plots between Marsala, Mazara, Trapani and Salemi. The Cremovo is a sweet fortified and flavoured wine, obtained from Marsala wine with the addition of egg yolk, sugar and other natural herbs and flavourings. It is a wine based on Marsala Fine D.O.P. and a secret mix of flavourings, including egg. It has countless uses in the kitchen: from aperitifs to accompanying desserts, and it also features as an ingredient in traditional recipes such as zabaglione and custards.
