A passion of the Graziano family that knows no bounds. The lemon grove is located in Bagheria, in the renowned âconca dâoroâ. An extremely fertile plain where, besides pomegranates and citrons, numerous citrus varieties are grown. Famous for its prized production of Sicilian citrus fruits. Here the crops follow the rhythms of nature and centuries-old traditions. Here cultivation is carried out in a natural and responsible way, in full respect of nature. The fruits thus express their full flavour and nutritional properties. We are talking about a small production in Bio conversion. With an annual production of about 10,000 kg of Lemons. I was able to personally test the quality. The lemons come in different sizes, due to the variety but also to the Company's philosophy of not using any chemical products. Here we grow several varieties, each with unique characteristics. In our small and sustainable cultivation, which we call our "Garden", followed step by step with passion, our amaro could certainly not be missing. We wanted to create an amaro that would capture all the scents of the lemon grove and of our land. We made it with an infusion of the orange blossoms from our Lemons ð. The result is intense and rich on the nose, and delicate on the palate. "Botanical by choice" Tasting & Recommendations A floral, citrusy aroma is immediately noticeable. It recalls and evokes citrus groves in bloom! Soft, delicate, velvety on the palate. Persistent in fragrance, it invites you to enjoy each sip. On the nose, intense floral sensations that evoke a walk through the citrus grove and pleasant sensations. On the palate it caresses and envelops you. It is excellent as an after-dinner drink or to share with friends, or to enjoy a moment of pleasant relaxation. It pairs very well with a shortcrust biscuit, almond pastries or a cantuccino. Excellent with citrus desserts.
