The wines of the Baglio Baiata Alagna winery convey the tradition and love for their land. 50 hectares of land divided into various plots between Marsala, Mazara, Trapani and Salemi. The Moscato Sicilia Indicazione Geografica Tipica is a sweet dessert wine made from Zibibbo grapes (Muscat of Alexandria), grown in the Marsala and Mazara del Vallo area, left to slightly wither on the vine. It pairs well with all kinds of pastries, especially soft and creamy sweets such as cannoli and Sicilian cassata. Profile: Moscato I.G.T Serve at 12 – 15° C Grape varieties: Zibibbo (Muscat of Alexandria) Soil: Western Sicily Training method: Marsala-style bush training or spurred cordon, dry-farmed Colour: Deep golden Aroma: Aromatic, full and persistent Taste: Warm and sweet Characteristics: Can be kept for several years.
