In our project we have embraced Organic as both a choice and a philosophy, respecting the land and its fruits. Our philosophy also includes supporting small businesses in our region; we have created a network of small enterprises operating with the same organic philosophy as us, in order to offer an alternative to the traditional supermarket. We raise consumer awareness about mindful purchasing and the importance of the short supply chain and organic products. For all our products the philosophy is always the same: for jams and preserves we only use organic products, plenty of fruit and a little organic cane sugar. The oil-preserved products and spreads are made with the best fresh local vegetables, to which we add top-quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Lazio, to achieve a product of truly unique excellence. The Spelt Bread is made according to the principles of organic farming and the production process is artisanal. We are in the magnificent Gargano area. Here Sottolestelle was born, specialising in dairy-free, egg-free and yeast-free products. Our goal is in fact to offer unique and innovative organic products to contribute to our customers' wellbeing. We are advocates of eating well and healthily for a proper diet and to stay in good health. From this principle we go on to produce food that supports healthy and natural living. To do this, we use only organic raw materials, partly produced on our own farm. We are located in the open countryside of Gargano, among olive trees, almond groves and vast grain fields. On our farm, as well as in our workshops, we work exclusively with organic raw materials. The excellent quality of our products is achieved through the use of carefully selected raw materials and only through natural processing techniques that preserve the quality of the finished products. Our shortbread cookies are made with selected organic ingredients and crafted by hand, without the use of artificial flavourings, preservatives or refined sugars.

These are artisanal, simple and genuine biscuits, made with organic spelt flour (63%) and naturally sweetened with agave syrup and rice syrup. The addition of organic extra virgin olive oil makes them crumbly yet light, with a full, delicate flavour, free from excess.
