In our project we have embraced Organic farming as both a choice and a philosophy, respecting the land and its fruits. Our philosophy also includes supporting the small businesses of our region; we have created a network of small enterprises operating with our same organic philosophy, positioning themselves as an alternative to the traditional supermarket. Raising consumer awareness about mindful purchasing and the importance of a short supply chain and organic products. For all our products the philosophy is always the same: for jams and preserves we use only organic products, plenty of fruit and a little organic cane sugar. Our vegetables preserved in oil and spreads are made with the best local fresh vegetables, to which we add top-quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Lazio, to achieve a product of unique excellence. The Spelt Bread is made according to the principles of organic farming and the production process is artisanal. We are in the magnificent Gargano area. Here, Sottolestelle was born specialising in dairy-free, egg-free and yeast-free products. Our goal is indeed to offer unique and innovative organic products to contribute to the well-being of our consumers. We are advocates of eating well and healthily for a proper diet and to stay in good health. Based on this principle, we produce with a focus on healthy and natural foods. To do so, we use only organic raw materials, partly produced on our own farm. We are located in the open countryside of Gargano, among olive trees, almond groves and vast grain fields. On our farm as well as in our workshops, we work exclusively with organic raw materials. The excellent quality of our products is achieved through the use of carefully selected raw materials and only through natural processing techniques that preserve the quality of the finished products. Our biscuits are made with Selected Spelt Flour: Simple, genuine and naturally good.
Our krumiri biscuits are made with selected organic ingredients and crafted by hand, without the use of artificial flavourings, preservatives or refined sugars.

They contain 54% organic spelt flour, a choice rich in flavour and fibre. Naturally leavened with carbonates and enriched with a natural organic flavouring, they are the perfect union of tradition and well-being.
Free from milk, butter or eggs, they are also ideal for those following a plant-based diet
