In our project we have embraced Organic as a choice and a philosophy, respecting the land and its fruits. Our philosophy also includes supporting the small businesses of our region; we have created a network of small companies operating with the same organic philosophy as ours, in order to offer an alternative to the traditional supermarket. We aim to raise consumer awareness about mindful purchasing and the importance of short supply chains and organic products. For all our products the philosophy is always the same: for jams and preserves we use only organic products, plenty of fruit and a little organic cane sugar. Our vegetables in oil and spreads are made with the best local fresh vegetables, to which we add top-quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Lazio, to obtain a product of unique excellence. The Spelt Bread is made according to the principles of organic farming and the production process is artisanal. We are located in the magnificent Gargano. Here Sottolestelle was born, specialising in dairy-free, egg-free and yeast-free products. Our goal is indeed to offer unique and innovative organic products to contribute to the well-being of our consumers. We are advocates of eating well and healthily for a proper diet and to stay in good health. Based on this principle, we produce in support of healthy and natural living. To do this we use only organic raw materials, partly produced on our own farm. We are located in the open countryside of Gargano, among olive trees, almond groves and vast grain fields. On our farm, as well as in our workshops, we work exclusively with organic raw materials. The excellent quality of our products is achieved through the use of carefully selected raw materials and only through natural processing techniques that preserve the quality of the finished products. Our shortbread cookies are made with selected organic ingredients and handcrafted, without the use of artificial flavourings, preservatives or refined sugars.

They contain 63% organic spelt flour, a choice rich in flavour and fibre. Enriched with 14% organic extra virgin olive oil, for a healthy and delicate crumbliness.
