Armonia is a harmonious blend of Aceto Balsamico di Modena I.G.P. "Riserva Oro" and the precious Aceto Tradizionale di Modena D.O.P. "Extravecchio" from the Il Poeta farm.
Aged again in small barrels for six months, the result is an extremely dense product with the balanced sweet-and-sour flavour typical of Balsamic tradition.
The density of 1.35 is very high, and the perception of the fine ageing woods makes it a product of exceptional quality and goodness.
