The Aceto Balsamico di Modena Protected Geographical Indication "Poesia invecchiato" is made with Lambrusco grapes from the province of Modena and is aged for at least 3 years in oak barriques.
Black in colour with clear reflections, it represents an excellent harmony of sweetness and acidity.
