The Pezzetta family's dairy is located in Alta Carnia in Ovaro, at 525 metres above sea level. Production is rigorously careful and faithful to tradition, methods have always been artisanal with careful selection of milk and genuine products thus guaranteeing absolute quality.
The table Ricotta is a Friulian speciality made with cow's milk and smoked with beechwood at a controlled temperature. It has a beautiful compact ivory-coloured paste and an irregular surface, with a characteristic delicately smoked taste on the palate.
