The Azienda il Bottaccio has been devoted, for four generations now, with passion and great energy to growing olives and producing extra virgin olive oil and products such as vegetables preserved in oil, using the finest vegetables and their own oil, and it is here that the Nocellara Olive Cream is made. Here, quality is at home, and that is why we have chosen to produce only extra virgin olive oil, in different types able to satisfy different tastes and different uses. We harvest and carry out the processing by hand or semi-by-hand, paying particular attention to the selection of the olives. We place great importance on respecting pressing times. It is essential that no more than 8 hours pass from harvesting. Nocellara Olive Cream in extra virgin olive oil. Everything is made by hand to bring out the flavour of each single ingredient.
