Organic courgette spread

To obtain 100 g of this Biosolidale spread, as much as 260 g of courgettes are used, blended with excellent extra virgin olive oil to enhance the flavour and give it the right creaminess. The preparation is completed with an excellent chilli pepper cream, garlic, salt and a few drops of vinegar. Nothing else! To satisfy the palate while respecting health and the environment, all the ingredients come from organic farming.
