on the plateau of Loro Ciuffenna, close to the vines and olive trees, we grow various Mediterranean species at 300 metres above sea level, while up in the mountains we gather wild berries and chestnuts and much of the fruit we use for our preserves. 60 species grown each year, which we process in our workshop. Over the years we have gained great experience in organic farming and in the processing of agricultural products. But our focus, besides working the land, is also on the processing side. From this idea a range of specialities typical of our region and our mountains was born, which at the same time have that distinctive exclusivity of recipes that combine flavours and tastes often forgotten. Our aim is to offer recipes that require long and careful processing and to make them available so you can savour unique, traditional flavours. Every one of our products has a unique flavour. Prepared by following each step, with simple methods and genuine ingredients. The farm's creams are perfect for making crostini and canapés, but can also be used to dress pasta, rice and gnocchi, or to flavour meats of various kinds, eggs, boiled or grilled vegetables.
