The wines from the Baglio Baiata Alagna winery convey the tradition and love for their own land. 50 hectares of land divided into various plots between Marsala, Mazara, Trapani and Salemi. Crema di Mandorla is a sweet fortified and flavoured wine, made from Marsala Fine D.O.P wine with the addition of a secret mix, including almond. It has many uses in the kitchen: from aperitifs to accompanying desserts, and it also features as an ingredient in traditional recipes such as creams. A sweet wine, delicate and intense in aroma: try it with ice cream!
