  • Le Delizie del Cupin is a Ligurian company whose roots lie in a small inland village of 50 souls in Liguria devoted to agriculture, surrounded by a true âforestâ of olive groves, of taggiasca cultivar, and it is here that the Taggiasca Olive Paté is born

    The Company

True to its origins and its Ligurian traditions, Marco Donato founded his family business. His project is to produce, on a family-run basis, a range of products focused on quality and the authenticity of flavours. Wholesome food delights, healthy organic products. To make them, he chooses only the finest selected raw ingredients and works them without preservatives, nor added colourings.

    • Â Healthy and genuine products that meet the taste of nature. The ingredients are selected by our partner producers with high standards certified by the EC mark on each product. And the recipes are a tribute to Italian farming tradition. Flavoured with only spices and sea salt.
Fun fact: Marco collected the recipes handed down by his grandmother, makes them by hand and offers them in his jars. Jars which in Ligurian dialect are called âi cupinâ. Discover our cupin!

    Taggiasca Olive Paté

    • The company is nestled among taggiasca olive groves. We are in fact near Imperia, the place of choice for this olive variety. The taggiasca cultivar olive is typical of Western Liguria. They are small in size and elongated in shape. Taggiasca olives have an unmistakable and delicate taste. They are characterised by a sweet and fruity flavour. The olives are carefully hand-selected one by one and, following the traditional Ligurian recipe, are processed to create a creamy paste.
    • Try it with: It is perfect for tasty crostini to serve as appetisers. Ideal for preparing pasta dishes, or paired with meat. It can also be used to enrich vegetables.
