The Cioccolateria Veneziana has a long family history behind it, originating from an artisanal liqueur distillery. The company started with infusions and distillates, to which the artisanal processing of chocolate was added about ten years later. It is here that the two Mengo brothers inherited the baton and carry on the family tradition with passion, and it is here that the "Gocce di sole" Zabaione Cream Liqueur is produced
"Gocce di sole" Zabaione Cream Liqueur
A Zabaione and Rum liqueur that has taken on the name "Gocce di sole" (Drops of Sun) , soft and enveloping, prepared thanks to the long family tradition dating back to 1960 in the world of spirits and liqueurs. Zabaione liqueur is a cream made from egg yolk, sugar and rum, best enjoyed during the winter season. To be savoured both neat and warm, it finds its finest expression with a dollop of whipped cream. Ideal as a gift together with the mini wafer cups. Perfect for the winter season, also to enjoy at the end of a meal. Excellent for garnishing cream and milk-based ice creams or as an alcoholic soak for preparing sweet recipes, also thanks to its preparation with Jamaica rum aroma, it will give your recipes that pleasant aromatic note. Alcohol content: 18° vol
