Salva Cremasco DOP The name comes from "salva" ("saved"). It was called salva because it had saved the surplus milk.â On the palate, notes of walnuts, hazelnuts and dried fruit. Enjoy it on its own with fresh fruit. Try it to prepare a tasty risotto or to pair with vegetables. Minimum ageing 75 days Available in a pack of approximately 250 g (as this is a product cut to order, the weight may vary slightly)

At the Latteria Sociale di Branzi Casearia 1953 the working methods have remained unchanged over time, only the tools have changed in proportion to the quantities of milk transformed here every day: this is where Salva Cremasco DOP is born
