Today the workshop is run by two brothers who have taken up the baton with great passion and dedication, carrying forward the desire to create while continuing to seek out the best ingredients, goodness and quality. In our workshop we work by hand. Each chocolate is the result of expert hands that measure out the various ingredients with patience and experience. That's why every box is different from the next.
