We want to create distinctive products within our country, respectful of the environment and of what nature has given us. The brewery is located in Prato between San Martino and Coiano. Giulio has always had a passion for beer. Since he was a boy he cultivated it, starting at home with DIY kits. But the dream was always there: one day I want to have my own microbrewery where I can produce quality beers and experiment! It's the perfect beer for lovers of blueberries and berries. Delicate and fruity with its lovely pink colour that wins you over. It's one of our limited editions, rich in carefully chosen and selected blueberries from Valdarno. Excellent paired with meat dishes. With red meats accompanied by a berry sauce. An original pairing? Try it with spiced chicken accompanied by raspberry sauce. An extra idea? Use it in your recipes, to prepare sauces to accompany meats and roasts, game, or sauces to fill fruit cakes. All our beers are strictly unfiltered and unpasteurised and produced in limited quantities precisely to ensure greater freshness of the product.
