Zefir (Saison)

We want to create distinctive products within our country, respectful of the environment and of what nature has given us. The brewery is located in Prato, between San Martino and Coiano. Giulio has always had a passion for beer. He cultivated it since he was a boy, starting at home with DIY kits. But the dream was always there: one day I want to have my own microbrewery where I can produce quality beers and experiment! This is our Saison style beer. Spiced with orange peel, coriander seeds and elderflower. Produced exclusively for the spring and summer seasons. Refreshing and dry, it leaves the palate dry, calling for another sip. With its orange color and fine, compact foam, it will be the perfect companion for the warmer seasons and evenings with friends. With countless facets, it pairs well with dishes recalling exotic cuisines. Thai dishes with ginger and fresh coriander. Spiced shrimp recipes. Sushi and sashimi and vegetable rolls. With spiced chicken and duck. Pairings: Fish, seasonal vegetable dishes. All our beers are strictly unfiltered and unpasteurized, and produced in limited quantities precisely to guarantee greater freshness of the product.
