A project born from those who live and work in the mountains and want to celebrate the Alpine valleys and the people who inhabit them 12 months a year. In these âhigh landsâ their project was born to enhance rural economies and the Alpine territory, rich in history and traditions. The protagonists are the small producers from whom the Kauss brewery buys these precious raw materials, thus controlling the entire supply chain. Here the true star behind our Italian gazzosa is water! The purest water from the Varaita Valley, created to offer a high-quality non-alcoholic beverage. Tasty, but with an eye to health. Gasà is a traditional gazzosa with no added citric acid, extremely refreshing and thirst-quenching. The ingredients speak for themselves: only water from the Varaita Valley, untreated Italian lemon (juice and peel infusion), a small amount of cane sugar. The sugar content has been reduced by 30%, yet the sweetness hasn't suffered thanks to Stevia extract, while the calories have been considerably reduced! In 2023 it was recognised as the best Italian gazzosa by the prestigious magazine Gambero Rosso, taking first place in the 2023 Italian gazzosa ranking. Â
