Kauss 3841 craft beer, Lager style with alpine rye and pignoletto maize. 3841 is the height of Monviso, or the "Stone King" as the locals living at its foot like to call it, where some of them grow alpine rye, barley and "pignoletto" maize at high altitude. Rich in herbaceous aromas reminiscent of fresh coriander and citrus fruits. On the palate it is unexpectedly "creamy", sweet and bitter in just the right measure. 33 cl bottle

Since 2012, the Kauss brewery has been producing its beers with the strong added value of local identity: this is how the beer Kauss 3841 was born
We produce our beers using only local raw materials. A project created by those who live and work in the mountains and want to give value to the alpine valleys and the people who inhabit them 12 months a year. Alpine rye, barley and raw materials from Piedmont, grown and processed locally. The goal is to promote and enhance a territory rich in history and emotions. In the fields, weeding is carried out with mechanical means rather than synthetic products, and crops are rotated to naturally enrich the soil, avoiding its depletion. In these "highlands" their project was born to enhance rural economies and the alpine territory, rich in history and traditions. The protagonists are the small producers from whom the Kauss brewery purchases these precious raw materials, thus controlling the entire supply chain. Bottom-fermented beer.
