The wines of the Baglio Baiata Alagna winery convey the tradition and love for their own land. 50 hectares of land divided into various plots between Marsala, Mazara, Trapani and Salemi. The Syrah IGP Terre Siciliane is a table wine with a ruby red colour and intense fruity and spicy aromas, obtained from grapes grown in the Marsala and Mazara del Vallo area. With its typical spiciness it pairs well with red meats, a succulent steak but also stews and game. Perfect with aged and pecorino cheeses and with flavourful cured meats such as soppressa or coppa. Syrah IGP is characterised by penetrating fruity and spicy notes, in its pure form giving wines that are very enveloping and long-lived, with an intense and concentrated aroma.
