Production area: Vallescura locality, municipality of Lerma (Alessandria) Cru: Sauvignon Blanc Altitude above sea level: 290 Sun exposure: south Training method: guyot Soil: tufaceous Year planted: approx. 10 years ago Harvest: first ten days of September Vinification: gentle pressing, the free-run must obtained is left to ferment slowly in 500-litre oak casks (tonneaux). Once fermentation is complete, the wine is left to rest for a few months in steel tanks in order to further harmonise and develop its typical aroma and extraordinary body. Ageing: at least six months in bottle Alcohol content: 13% vol The alcohol content may vary in percentage depending on the vintage based on the climate trend
