The Vinegar Bar by Mussini bring to your dishes the scents of the fine season, they are aimed at flavour explorers, and this is how Balsam Tonic came to be
The Vinegar Bar line was created with the idea of offering customers, different in palate and gastronomic culture but united by the pleasure, an extraordinary sensory experience. The whole Vinegar Bar line can be used to dress a wide range of dishes.
Balsam Tonic
It is a balsamic dressing, made from cooked white grape must and wine vinegar, flavoured with Gin-Tonic and Lime. It has an elegant balance between the different flavours and gives a fresh aftertaste. Perfect for making cocktails, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, but also as a dressing for flavourful dishes, such as tuna tartare or to prepare a vinaigrette.
Try it to prepare Gin Tonic Mascarpone with: Gin Tonic dressing, mascarpone and mixed berry compote.
