- Lunigiana Tartufo was born from the passion of a truffle expert, Simone Mori who, besides truffle hunting and also acting as an Environmental Hiking Guide, treks every inch of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines and carries on the harvesting and processing of truffles as well as growing fruit, vegetables and legumes to offer truffle delicacies with the prerogative of using products from his own zero-kilometre supply chain, and from his love for the land, that's how the Double Truffle Jam Box was born

- In upper Tuscany Simone works with truffles that he himself hunts for in the woods of the Lunigiana, faithful to tradition and passionate about his own land, he has managed to create a unique product, a true excellence that combines Lunigiana cuisine with the fine truffle: the truffle testarolo, a tasty first course that is best enjoyed dressed with good quality butter! Testarolo is the traditional batter dish cooked according to Lunigiana tradition; in the past every family made its own, following a recipe made with just water, flour, salt and slow cooking, which over time was passed down using the testi, the large pans from which it takes its name.
