We are on the slopes of Pratomagno, in one of the most beautiful areas of Tuscany. The farm is spread across plots of land ranging from 300 to 1300 metres above sea level, an ideal physical setting for creating a wide range of products, and this is how our Organic sweet onion preserve came to be

Organic sweet onion preserve

on the plateau of Loro Ciuffenna, near the vines and olive trees, we grow various Mediterranean species at 300 metres above sea level, while up in the mountains we gather wild berries, chestnuts and much of the fruit we use for our jams. 60 species grown each year, which we process in our workshop. Over the years we have gained great experience in organic farming and the processing of agricultural products. But our attention goes beyond cultivating the land, and also focuses on the processing side. From this idea came a series of specialities typical of our region and our mountains, which at the same time offer that distinctive exclusivity of recipes combining flavours and tastes that are often forgotten. Our aim is to offer recipes that require long, careful preparation and to make them available so you can enjoy unique, traditional flavours. Each of our products has a unique taste. Prepared following every step, with simple methods and genuine ingredients. The cleaned and washed vegetables are left to infuse. As soon as they are ready, they are jarred immediately. A sweet preserve with a unique taste, made with onions, cane sugar, lemon and vanilla. With its unique flavour and its touch of sweetness, it pairs well with many cheeses, both fresh and aged. Try it on toasted bread with blue cheeses.
