Who has never eaten beans with tuna? something simple and in this case ready immediately. The only important thing for it to be tasty is the choice of products!

We are on the slopes of Pratomagno, in one of the most beautiful areas of the Tuscany , the company develops with plots of land that extend between 300 and 1300 metres above sea level, an ideal physical situation for producing a wide range of products. This is how the Organic spring cannellini

Organic spring cannellini

on the Loro Ciuffenna plateau near the vines and olive trees, we grow different Mediterranean species at 300 metres above sea level, while in the mountains we collect berries and chestnuts and a good part of the fruit we use for our jams.

We have acquired a great deal over the years experience in the field of organic agriculture and in the processing of agricultural products. But our attention beyond the cultivation of the land, is addressed to the processing sector. From this idea were born series of specialty typical of our region and our mountains, but at the same time they present that characteristic exclusivity of recipes that combine often forgotten tastes and flavors.

THE cannellini beans spring Bio, they are ready to eat even without needing to be reheated. They are excellent as single dish, in a salad, alone or with tuna, salmon or cheeses.
They can be heated with the addition of water or broth to become tasty soups, perhaps adding rice, spelt, barley or other cereals or simply pieces of bread.

Also excellent on slices of toasted bread, they create original and tasty bruschetta.

La verdura è accuratamente pulita e preparata a mano, ogni prodotto riceve un'attenzione particolare. Il risultato è la creazione di ricette esclusive che esaltano i sapori della Toscana. L'azienda agricola Radici fa della qualità e dell'autenticità i propri punti di forza.
