This beer is produced in the Foglianise plant, expertly mixing the water of the Taburno-Camposauro massif exclusively with the malts of central-southern Italy. The production process is entirely manual, both for the production of beer and for the packaging, because at the C&C Brewery it is believed that the hand of man adds irreplaceable value to each product.
Produced in compliance with the Italian brewing tradition, with primary fermentation in stainless steel fermenters at a controlled temperature, followed by a secondary refermentation in the bottle, therefore with absolutely natural carbonation. Being an unfiltered and unpasteurized beer, it preserves all the nutritional elements inside the bottle that enhance the organoleptic characteristics of craft beer.
For the creation of his beers, the master brewer Celestino De Cicco was inspired by that magical moment that is the tasting of a beer of great value, combining taste, tradition, professionalism and passion.
This beer is also environmentally friendly because the mechanical cap bottle can be reused.
