The historian

Veneto Caffè pasticciotti are produced with the utmost care of the ingredients! With very crumbly shortcrust pastry and soft cream that melts in your mouth. La storia del Veneto Caffè ha delle radici profonde, è una storia fatta di valori veri della famiglia italiana e cose buone. Dal 1963, senza sosta, il laboratorio ha prodotto con la stessa dedizione e lo stesso impegno prodotti di pasticceria della tradizione pugliese. Fu il signor Romano e le sue sorelle ad avviare questo caffè nel centro murattiano di Monopoli. Oggigiorno è il nuovo proprietario, Vanny a garantire la qualità degli ingredienti e a produrre piccoli gioielli di pasticceria come tramandatogli dal signor Romano, preservando la stessa linea di valori su di cui il Caffè Veneto è stato fondato.
