Using Malafrasca water, this style beer is born Wheat Beer . It is the "house" beer made with Malafrasca water, ideal for creating a typology beer Kolsch from 4.2° Alc. lightly flavored with lavender flowers.

Veiled blonde 4.2° Alc., high fermentation and refermented in the bottle. Wheat and barley malt to make the beer wort fermented with the typical
Kolsch yeast.
Compact and persistent white foam, fine and lasting bubbles, in style.
Delicate, fresh, floral aromas, notes of cereals, small and pleasant bubbles stimulate the
tastes. Pleasant finish given by the lavender flowers of the Valdarno that never dominate the
aromas of hops but blend perfectly.
Very refreshing and regenerating on the palate, the wheat balances well with the tasty and highly drinkable barley malt.
