Le Delizie del Cupin is a Ligurian company whose roots lie in a small village of 50 souls in the Ligurian hinterland devoted to agriculture, amid a veritable âforestâ of olive groves, of taggiasca cultivar, and it is here that the Confettura Extra Limoni e Zenzero was born

The Company

True to his origins and to his Ligurian traditions, Marco Donato founded his family business. His project is to produce, on a family-run basis, a range of products with a focus on quality and the genuine taste. Delicious food, healthy organic products. To make them, he chooses only the finest selected raw materials and works them without preservatives, nor added colourings.

Fun fact: Marco collected the recipes handed down by his grandmother, makes them by hand and presents them in his jars. Jars that in Ligurian dialect are called âi cupinâ. Discover our cupin!

Confettura Extra Limoni e Zenzero

This jam, made with selected raw materials of the highest quality, tastes like homemade. For every 100 g of jam, 70 g of lemons are used. A traditional recipe using only the finest products to create a uniquely flavoured blend. Made with careful processing of untreated lemons with the addition of a pinch of ginger. Delicate and spiced. All the company's jams are free from allergens, preservatives and colourings, and contain only excellent fruit, always in very high percentages. They are also suitable for coeliacs as they are gluten-free. Try it with: to pair with aged cheeses, to accompany desserts made with fresh cheeses.
