With the Dospa brand, in Carinthia, in southern Austria, in the medieval fortress-town of Friesach, I discovered a monastery of nuns of the Teutonic Order who produce delicious marmalades, preserves and other specialities with organic fruit from their own land, strictly hand-picked and checked, in close observance of the order's secret recipes. This is where the Zucchini Chutney BIO is born

Zucchini Chutney BIO

Chutney of courgettes, plums and onions hand-prepared with beautifully ripe courgettes and plums and refined with onions as an extremely delicate accompaniment. With a fruity sweet-and-sour flavour! Chutney or chatni is a sweet-and-sour sauce of Indian origin widely used in English cuisine. Here it is prepared in a refined version and is perfect with rice dishes, fish, boiled meats and grilled meats. There are countless versions, more or less sweet or spicy; the secret lies in using fresh, selected vegetables and a good balance in the mix of spices used. The result is surprising, with a unique and refined taste. It goes very well as a filling for focaccia and ciabatta bread. To flavour risotto, to accompany fondue or grilled pork steak! Pure LUXURY in pure QUALITY! All the preserves and sauces are made by the nuns of the Teutonic Order monastery, following secret recipes handed down for more than two centuries! Precious delicacies with a unique flavour! A rarity! Austria Bio Garantie/Certified Organic Farming
