Le Delizie del Cupin is a Ligurian company that has its roots in a small village of 50 souls in the Ligurian hinterland devoted to farming, amid a true "forest" of olive groves, of taggiasca cultivar, and it is here that the Extra Strawberry Jam is born

The Company

Faithful to its origins and its Ligurian traditions, Marco Donato founded his family business. His project is to produce, with a family-run approach, a range of products focused on quality and genuine flavours. Healthy food delights, wholesome organic products. To make them, he chooses only the finest selected raw materials and processes them without preservatives, nor added colourings.

• Healthy and genuine products that meet the taste of nature. The ingredients are selected from our partner producers with high standards certified by the EC mark on every product. And the recipes pay homage to Italian rural tradition. Flavoured with only spices and sea salt.

Fun fact: Marco collected the recipes kept by his grandmother, makes them by hand, and offers them in his jars. Jars that in Ligurian dialect are called "i cupin". Discover our cupin!

Extra Strawberry Jam

This jam, made with selected raw materials of the highest quality, tastes like it's homemade. The company adds neither colourings nor preservatives to its jams, just plenty of fruit and lightly processed cane sugar to enhance the flavour of the fruit itself. It can also be enjoyed by people with coeliac disease, as it is gluten-free. Try it with: ricotta, soft fresh cheeses, to fill shortcrust pastries, with brioche bread, to fill croissants.
