How to use it:

Room diffusion: Add 1 drop for every 100 ml of water in a diffuser to create a relaxing atmosphere.

• Aromatherapy massage: Dilute 1-3 drops in a carrier oil for a regenerating massage.

• Aromatic bath: mix a few drops with a spoonful of honey or sea salt before pouring them into the hot bath water.

• Warnings: For external use only.

• Do not use undiluted: always dilute in a carrier oil to avoid skin sensitisation.
