Produced with IGP SICILIA certification, EVOSÃ is born from a skilfully balanced blend of two native cultivars: 80% Nocellara del Belice, robust and harmonious, and 20% Biancolilla, delicate and fragrant, for a final result that captures the perfect balance between strength and finesse.

The olive groves are located along the coast of Western Sicily in Castelvetrano, between the Selinunte Archaeological Park and the Cusa Quarries. They grow caressed by the sea breeze and the Mediterranean sun, on fertile land that tells centuries of agricultural history and rural culture.
