The acquisition of knowledge about the healing power of eastern botanicals has made it possible to build a huge heritage of knowledge about herbal medicine over the centuries of the Order's history. In this tradition the new building of the Weyar monastery's terraces was created, which will preserve this knowledge and carry it into the future. Aromatic coffee liqueur obtained from excellent coffee beans The coffee liqueur is the crowning achievement of sought-after and full-bodied coffee beans. For the liqueur with its strong coffee aroma, a blend of Arabica and Robusta beans of Latin American origin is used, of the kind used in many strong roasts. The untreated coffee beans release their typical aromas into the distillate and give rise to a delicate yet rounded coffee flavour. This makes the coffee liqueur suitable for all drink mixes and dishes that can be finished with a touch of coffee.
