The white dressing with Aceto Balsamico di Modena "Lacrima" is born from the combination of wine vinegar and concentrated must from Trebbiano grapes grown in the province of Modena, to which a small quantity of Aceto Balsamico di Modena I.G.P. is added.
It has a beautiful amber yellow colour with copper tones. The aroma is intense and persistent, with strong floral and fruity notes; the taste is smooth, pleasantly sweet-and-sour, structured, with a savouriness developed through barrel ageing.
