The Aceto Balsamico di Modena Protected Geographical Indication "Poesia" is made with Lambrusco grapes from the province of Modena and is aged for at least 60 days in barriques. Black, clear, with violet reflections, it offers the palate the perfect mix of acidity and sweetness.
