Essenza di Modena is a certified organic balsamic dressing, handcrafted by Acetaia Oddolini and aged for one year in oak barrels. It contains no colourings or preservatives, is gluten-free, and is made mainly from grapes typical of the province of Modena, such as Lambrusco and Trebbiano. Designed for everyday use, it comes from Italian organic farming. The entire production chain is controlled by Acetaia Oddolini, ensuring the quality of the raw materials. Acidity: 6%
