Parmigiano Reggiano DOP is one of the most well-known and appreciated Italian cheeses. Made according to the production standard, with only milk, salt and rennet, without the addition of additives or preservatives, it is 100% natural. It is made up of 30% water and as much as 70% nutrients, including high-quality proteins (as much as 32 g per 100 g of product), vitamins and minerals, especially calcium, phosphorus and selenium.
Rich in essential amino acids, it is easily digestible thanks to the presence of enzymes that modify casein and make it highly digestible. It is also naturally lactose-free, converted into lactic acid by lactic bacteria within the first 48 hours of production.
Finally, it has a lower fat content than most other cheeses.
We produce it exclusively with milk from the farm's own cows, fed with hay grown in the farm's own meadows, century-old meadows, rich in herbs and essences that are now rare and unknown, which give the milk, and therefore the cheese, exclusive aromas.
